One of India's biggest cities is to establish a Science Gallery based on Dublin's model.

Dublin's pioneering science gallery aims to ignite creativity where science and art collide, and has received more than one millon visitors in just five years.

India's tech-hub of Bangalore has signed a partnership agreement with Science Gallery International - the group behind the capital's centre.

Last year, SGI won €1m investment from Google as seed-funding towards the formation of a Global Science Gallery Network.

Talks are also underway in London to establish a gallery there.
