Polish residents have hoisted a boy racer's car to the top of a huge tree after becoming so annoyed by his wild driving.

Polish residents have hoisted a boy racer's car to the top of a huge tree after becoming so annoyed by his wild driving.

The 24-year-old roadhog – who reportedly doesn't even own a licence – found his white Ford Escort parked in a tree in Lubczyna, and locals admitted a mobile crane was borrowed from one villager for a night.

A police spokesman explained: "We received a call from a man saying his car was stuck in a tree, and that his neighbours had put it there.

"After inspecting the site we instructed him to remove it from the tree."

But following the prank, the boy racer has promised to tone down his crazy driving.
