Hibernian appoints new group finance director
The Hibernian group today announced the appointment of Jackie Hunt as its new group finance director.
Ms Hunt, aged 36, takes over the role vacated by the appointment of Tony O'Riordan as managing director of Hibernian Life & Pensions.
Ms Hunt joins Hibernian from its parent company the Aviva group where she held the position of finance director for Aviva Corporate Office in London.
She joined Aviva in 2003 from Royal and SunAlliance, where she was deputy director, capital management.
Prior to this she spent four years at PricewaterhouseCoopers in a number of roles including director, global capital markets, and senior manager, business assurance services.
She is of British nationality, but was educated in South Africa and is a graduate of the University of Witwatersrand.
