An 18-year-old man has been arrested in the UK after allegedly posting a racist Twitter message before a Sky Bet Championship match.

Nottinghamshire Police said the suspect had been detained on suspicion of committing a racially-aggravated public order offence ahead of Nottingham Forest’s home fixture against Leicester on Wednesday night.

A police spokesman said the alleged offence involved a tweet directed at Leicester’s supporters.
