Gardai are investigating the cause of a fire that occurred at one of Dublin’s premier night clubs last night.

Customers were evacuated from 'Lillie’s Bordello' and the adjoining 'Judge Roy Beans' last night after a fire broke out in the kitchen.

No-one was injured in the incident and the blaze was quickly brought under control by units of the Dublin Fire Brigade.

The fire comes nearly 20 years on from the Stardust disaster when 48 teenagers died.
