Customs officers in New Zealand have intercepted the largest haul of ecstasy in the country's history.
Around 25,000 tablets were discovered at Auckland International Airport, hidden inside a gearbox from Belgium.
Customs Minister Phillida Bunkle says the tablets have a street value of more than $2m (NZ), the equivalent of £605,000.
Mrs Bunkle added that the seizure was the result of a well-planned operation by Customs officials.
Three men have been arrested in connection with the haul and have appeared in Auckland District Court, reports the New Zealand Herald.
