Leyton Orient youngster Danny Hatcher is set for a dream FA Cup third round debut against Tottenham after being promoted to the first-team squad.
Taylor said: "We've got 11 youngsters who all play in a position that could fit it into the first-team.
"Hatcher is like the boy (Tony) Cottee was when he was that age - he scores goals for fun and he'll be on the bench on Saturday and he's just turned 17."
Central defender Simon Downer is another promising Orient youngster, who is almost certainly set to play a part against Spurs and Taylor believes he can play at the highest level.
"Downer should play in the Premiership if the managers and scouts give him a chance. The boy's quick, he can pass the ball, he's a good defender and he reads the game ever so well and he's only 18."
Taylor will be picking from a full strength squad apart from long-term knee injury victim Steve Castle, who is still sidelined.
Leading-scorer Carl Griffiths is expected to be partnered up front by Steve Watts although 19-year-old forward Kelechi Opara is also in the frame for a starting role.
Meanwhile, Tottenham will again be without full-back Stephen Carr.
The Republic of Ireland international has failed to recover from a groin injury that has kept him out of the last two games.
Steffen Freund, Mauricio Taricco, Ben Thatcher and Steffen Iversen are also still sidelined but Graham can again call on the services of Gary Doherty as a stand-in defender following his excellent performance in midweek.
