Not enough houses being built in Dublin, say builders
Housing output in Dublin will decline rapidly if there is not a review of the planning process according to the Home Builders' Association.
It says in order to meet the current demand, the availability of zoned and serviced lands must be looked at.
Last year there was a 45% drop in planning permissions granted to residential units as compared with the previous year.
