Vodafone insist losses will not effect Irish operations
Vodafone is insisting the huge losses announced by the company this morning will have no effect on its Irish operations.
The company lost £13.5bn (€21.2bn) last year world-wide before tax.
Vodafone spokesperson, Joan Keating, says customers here have nothing to fear.
"There is absolutely no effect whatsoever, our overall figures we are very happy with. Our revenue has increased by over 50%. Our customer base is up by 22% and there are other very strong figures with data revenue increasing by over 87%."
