Iraq responds to air attacks
The Iraqi government has responded to the UK and US air attacks on Iraqi military sites.
A statement released on television said "we will fight them in the air, land and sea".
It added that the aggression would achieve nothing and would fail.
The statement gave no details on casualties and it did not identify the targets, but claimed the attack was orchestrated by the US in co-operation with Israel.
