A man enlisted the help of Irish Rail staff at Pearse Street station to pull off a wedding proposal like no other on Tuesday night.
As train driver Paula was pulling into the station, her boyfriend Conor was waiting on the platform with a bunch of flowers and signs that said “will you marry me?”

The crew at the station were on hand to help out and had music playing on the PA system.
Irish Rail congratulated the couple on their engagement.
