Woman dies in Cork road accident
A woman in her 20s has today been killed in a road crash in Co Cork.
The single-vehicle collision happened on the Cork to Mallow road near Rathduff at about 4am this morning.
A man in his 20s was also in the car. He has been taken to Cork University Hospital to be treated for injuries that are not thought to be life-threatening.
Gardaí have appealed for witnesses.
