Woman dies from injuries one week after road accident

A 22-year-old woman who was involved in a three-car pile-up on the M50 last Sunday has died.

A 22-year-old woman who was involved in a three-car pile-up on the M50 last Sunday has died.

The woman, from Dublin, died in hospital on Saturday night.

Six other people were injured in the crash on the M50 motorway between Blanchardstown and Finglas last weekend.

The dead woman was the driver of a car that was north-bound when a car driving in the opposite direction crossed the central reservation, crashing into her vehicle and another car.
