Woman dies after Wexford road accident
An elderly woman has died following an accident in Co Wexford.
It happened at around 3.20pm today at Ballyloughan, on the Gorey to Arklow Road.
Her car collided with a truck and the woman, who was the sole occupant, was pronounced dead at the scene.
As a result of the collision, exit 22 from the M11 motorway into Gorey is closed and local diversions are in place.
Gardaí are appealing for any witnesses to contact them.
