Wicklow gardaí investigate stolen ATM incident

Gardaí are investigating a burglary in Co Wicklow in which an ATM was stolen from a shop.

Gardaí are investigating a burglary in Co Wicklow in which an ATM was stolen from a shop.

The incident happened in Roundwood this morning.

It is believed that four men were involved and that they used a jeep to smash through the entrance of the shop.

Gardaí say they have not yet established if the cash in the machine was also taken.

The street was closed off to traffic this morning to facilitate and investigation but has now re-opened.

No one was injured in the incident.
