Weather halts search for second missing Dutch man

A search for a missing Dutch walker off Sheep's Head in West Cork has again been hampered by poor weather conditions.

Coastguard teams had hoped to undertake a shoreline search this morning but high winds and further heavy seas in the area mean the search cannot go ahead as hoped.

Earlier, Gardaí identified a body found on Monday as that of 33-year-old Othman Rahmouni from Amsterdam.

He was visiting the area with Roland Deckers whose family have a holiday home near Kilcrohane village.

Yesterday, the Cliff and Coast Rescue Unit brought the men's families to the area where it is believed they were swept into the sea on Saturday afternoon.
