The long wait is almost over for Garth Brooks fans who have been queueing for days to get tickets to his shows in Dublin this summer.

The country star will play two shows at Croke Park in July. Tickets go on sale at 9am today.

Long queues have formed outside Ticketmaster outlets around the country, with many getting in line since the early hours of Tuesday.

The longest wait reported so far has come from a group of people who have been outside a shop in Dungannon, Co Tyrone since 3.45am on Sunday.
