Two men are to appear in court in Arklow tonight charged with the murder of John Deasy.

The shopkeeper was fatally stabbed when he went to the aid of a colleague during a robbery at his premises in the Wicklow town on Wednesday night.

Two 19-year-old men were arrested yesterday afternoon.

They are due to appear before Arklow District Court at 7.30pm.
