Two missing pensioners the subject of separate searches

Gardaí are searching for two pensioners who have gone missing from their homes in Dublin in the past week.

The first, 70-year-old Charlie King from Cherrywood, in Loughlingstown, has not been seen since Tuesday.

He had told a neighbour he was planning to travel to Waterford the following day.

A search is also underway for a 78-year-old woman who went missing yesterday.

Anne Gibney, from Sperrin Road in Drimnagh, usually answers to the name of "Nancy".
