The PSNI have charged two men in their twenties over the death of a policewoman whose patrol car was hit by a stolen 4x4 in Derry.

The PSNI have charged two men in their twenties over the death of a policewoman whose patrol car was hit by a stolen 4x4 in Derry.

27-year-old Constable Philippa Reynolds died in the collision on the Limavady Road at in the early hours of Saturday morning.

The men, aged 25 and 23, have been charged with 10 offences including aggravated vehicle taking causing death or grievous bodily injury.

Both are due to appear at Derry Magistrates' Court this morning.
