Three teenage boys have been hospitalised after being assaulted in Waterford city last night.

Three teenage boys have been hospitalised after being assaulted in Waterford city last night.

It is alleged a number of teenagers were involved in a row that happened at Earlscourt at around 11pm.

Three of them were taken to University Hospital Waterford to be treated for their injuries.

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses.
