An independent TD has announced she will to go to the Supreme Court over the promissory notes used to bail out the former Anglo Irish Bank.

Joan Collins lost a High Court challenge last month over the lawfulness of promissory notes.

The notes were used as part of the €31bn recapitalisation of the now liquidated bank.
