A third day of talks between the Taoiseach and Tánaiste on the renewal of the Government will get underway this morning.
Enda Kenny and Joan Burton are expected to finalise the Cabinet reshuffle for announcement later today.
So far the talks between the two Government partners are said to have been slow, but making progress, with advisors kept outside and only the two of them in the room.
Indications are that Mr Kenny and Ms Burton have more or less agreed on the policy objectives for the coalition's final 18 months in office.
Work remains though on the division of departments, and then moving some current ministers around and bringing in new faces.
Once that's done there will be a formal announcement in the Dáil, the new Cabinet will head to the Áras to get their seals of office and the first meeting of the new Government will take place.
This could see the approval of the new junior ministerial team which could be announced tomorrow .
