Talks will resume today between the Irish Medical Organisation and the HSE in relation to the junior doctors dispute.

Talks between doctors and HSE to resume

Talks will resume today between the Irish Medical Organisation and the HSE in relation to the junior doctors dispute.

Non-consultant hospital doctors want their working hours to be reduced from the current level of up to 100 hours per week.

They also want hospitals to be sanctioned for failing to meet the EU's working time directive.

Both sides will reconvene at the Labour Relations Commission later this morning.
