Speculation is growing that the outcome of the Children Referendum will be challenged.

The 31st amendment to the Constitution was passed yesterday with 58% of people in favour and 42% against.

'No' campaigners say they believe the result has been tainted because of the Supreme Court ruling last Thursday which found that the government's information campaign was weighted in favour of the 'Yes' side.
