'Social media boosting pioneer numbers'
The Pioneers Association is crediting social media with boosting its membership.

The organisation joined social media two years and says that figures from facebook indicate that 2,500 people under 40 - or 65% of their social media followers - have become pioneers.
The Pioneers Association has also praised high profile non-drinkers such as new Rose of Tralee Maria Walsh.
