Six people have been taken to hospital after a road accident on the N11 at Cornelscourt, Dublin.

Six people have been taken to hospital after a road accident on the N11 at Cornelscourt, Dublin.

An ambulance and a car were in collision at around 2.15pm this afternoon.

Two of the injured have been taken to Loughlinstown hospital, while the four others have been taken to St Vincent's.

The condition of those involved in the crash is described as non-life threatening.

The road had closed inbound for a time earlier, but has since reopened.
