Cumberton is the first person to be convicted for a Kinahan/Hutch feud related murder.
In April 2016 Michael Barr was shot dead by two gunmen at the Sunset House pub where he was working.
Ms Barr paid tribute to the ordinary people of inner city Dublin but said "something has to be done for the younger people growing up (in the inner city)"
She went on to reveal how uncomfortable she feels in Dublin, how scared she is when in the city and how she has spoken to people here who are also scared.
Ms Barr weng on to reveal how she felt on hearing the news of her brother's murder:
"My sister called me to tell me. I never thought I'd react the way I did. It took me to the floor. I think I've traumatised my son, from my reaction. I'll take that feeling to my own grave. I never stop thinking of Michael - from morning to night."
She went on to reveal how her brother's children 'doted' on their father.
"They talk about him a lot. They are beautiful children. He doted on them all Joe. They're never going to see their daddy again.
"I can't even describe how we feel Joe. We can't mention his name without crying. Michael was a year younger than me, we were very close, he was just the most loving brother."
