Sinn Féin is to table an emergency motion on the Greyhound lockout at today's meeting of South Dublin County Council.
The motion will be proposed by Councillor Eoin Ó'Broin, who has condemned the lockout and is looking for workers at the waste management company to be reinstated.
It comes as the dispute over pay could be heading to mediation this week.
Councillor Ó'Broin has disputed the claim of Greyhound director Michael Buckley that the company's emplyees are among the highest-paid waste workers in Europe.
