The Data Protection Commissioner has found that the Justice Minister Alan Shatter broke the law by disclosing personal information about Deputy Mick Wallace on RTE's Primetime in May last year.

Last May, Mr Shatter revealed on RTÉ's Prime Time that Mr Wallace had been cautioned by gardaí for using his mobile phone while driving.
