The search is due to resume this morning for a missing fisherman off the coast of Wexford.

Paddy Barry, who is aged in his mid 50s, left for a day's lobster fishing early yesterday morning.

The alarm was raised just before lunchtime yesterday when his boat was discovered near the Saltee Islands.

A full search and rescue operation was suspended yesterday evening and is due to resume this morning.

A team of Naval divers has joined the search.
