The five Irish activists on board an aid ship carrying humanitarian supplies to Gaza say they are determined to go back.

They were on board the MV Rachel Corrie which was detained by Israeli authorities and diverted to the Israeli port of Ashdod.

Those onboard were brought to a detention centre in Holon, from where the deportations began yesterday.

They landed back at Dublin Airport this morning, after being deported from Israel via Germany.

Activist Derek Graham said after his arrival today that he would return to the Middle East as soon as possible.
