The PSNI are investigating reports of an explosion in the town of Lurgan in County Armagh.

The PSNI are investigating reports of an explosion in the town of Lurgan in County Armagh.

It occurred at the junction of North Circular Road and Levin Road shortly after 3pm this afternoon.

Officers were in the area at the time following information that an unnotified parade was to take place.

It is not yet known what caused the blast and there are no reports of any injuries.
