Two men have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a serious assault in West Belfast early this morning.

Two men have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a serious assault in West Belfast early this morning.

Police found a man in his 20s with injuries to his head and face at a house at Glenbawn Avenue at 6am.

Two men aged 18 and 21 were arrested earlier and remain in police custody this afternoon.

PSNI detectives want anyone with any information about what happened to contact them.
