Portlaoise gardaí seek help finding missing woman Carmel Tynan
Gardaí in Portlaoise wish to seek the publics assistance in tracing 54-year-old Carmel Tynan.
Carmel was last seen at Patricks Avenue, Portarlington at approximately 10.30am yesterday. She is described as being 5’ 5’’ tall, of slight build with short blond hair and hazel-coloured eyes.
