There has been an arson attack on a house and car in Bangor in Co Down.

Police investigate following arson attack in Bangor

There has been an arson attack on a house and car in Bangor in Co Down.

It happened at twenty to two this morning in the Fernmore Avenue area of the town.

Police say the front window of the house was smashed and extensive damage was caused to the car.

Three men were seen running from the scene.

Police are appealing for witnesses to the overnight attack.
