The parents of a baby who died at Portlaoise hospital say nothing short of an inquiry by HIQA will satisfy them.
Mark and Roisin Molloy have met a cross-party delegation of politicians in Leinster House to outline their case.
They have admitted that they welcomed a private meeting with the Health minister last weekend and that James Reilly listened.
Minister Reilly has asked the Chief Medical Officer to carry out an inquiry into the deaths of four babies at the midlands hospital.
