A new initiative to help victims of sexual assault is being launched at colleges around the country today.
The Say Something card has been developed following research indicating 16% of students experience unwanted sexual experiences while at college.
The credit-card sized pack contains advice and information for those who have suffered sexual harassment or assault.
The Union of Students in Ireland has developed the card and is delivering 30,000 of them to colleges nationwide.
Annie Hoey, USI deputy president explained the type of information on the cards.
"The different rape crisis centres, you can contact the hotlines if you need to talk to someone, or if you need to get some extra support or counselling," she said.
"We'll also let you know about the services available in your own college around counselling."
