Met Éireann has issued a new weather warning.
The 6am yellow rainfall alert is in effect for Dublin, Carlow, Kildare, Kilkenny, Wexford, Wicklow, Cork and Waterford.
"Heavy rain is likely to develop overnight along the south coast before it moves northeast into parts of Leinster," Met Éireann stated.
"There is some uncertainty about the track of the depression, but some heavy falls of rain are likely to occur on Saturday night and on Sunday morning.
"Rainfall totals of 25-40mm are expected in 12 hours."

However, David Rogers from Met Éireann said that weather is not expected to be as bad as last weekend.
"Heavy rain during the coming night and possibly early tomorrow morning also there may be in excess of 25mm of rain in and around the Dublin area from about 10pm onwards tonight until about 10am the following morning," he said.
"It may give rise to some localised flooding, but because most of the rain will fall during the night hours, the impact probably won't be that intense."
