Two men aged 21 and 25 are due in court tomorrow morning charged in connection with a serious New Year’s assault that led to the death of Dale Creighton.

Two men aged 21 and 25 are due in court tomorrow morning charged in connection with a serious New Year’s assault that led to the death of Dale Creighton.

Another man who was detained has been released without charge this evening. In addition there has been one further arrest tonight in relation to the investigation.

A 20 year-old man is currently detained at Tallaght Garda Station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act.

It brings to nine the total number of arrests made so far.

Earlier today 23 year-old student James Reid of Homelawn Avenue, Tallaght became the fourth person to be charged in connection with the death of 20 year-old Dale Creighton.
