Man seriously injured following assault in Belfast
A man has been seriously injured following an assault outside Belfast City Hall.
The incident happened in the early hours of this morning.
A 23-year-old man was hospitalised after being attacked on Donegall Square North.
The PSNI have arrested a 19-year-old man as part of their investigations and are appealing for witnesses.
