A man in his 40s, arrested in connection with a fatal road crash in Co Fermanagh, has been released without charge.

A man in his 40s, arrested in connection with a fatal road crash in Co Fermanagh, has been released without charge.

The victim, a man in his 50s, died when he was struck by a car at Leggs, near Belleek at around 3am on Sunday morning.

The man was arrested in Pettigo in Co Donegal on Sunday afternoon and was questioned at Ballyshannon Garda Station.

He was released without charge last night and a file is being prepared for the DPP.
