A man is in hospital after he was stabbed in Dublin last night.

A man is in hospital after he was stabbed in Dublin last night.

The man, aged 29, was taken by ambulance to Beaumont Hospital following the incident on Glin Road, Coolock, at around 11pm last night.

He sustained a number of stab wounds outside a house on Glin Road which are not believed to be life threatening.

The scene has been preserved for a technical examination and Gardaí are asking for anyone with information to contact Coolock Garda Station 01 6664200 or the Garda Confidential Line 1800 666 111.
