Gardaí in Dublin have arrested a man in his 30s in connection with a break-in at garda offices on Harcourt Street.

Gardaí in Dublin have arrested a man in his 30s in connection with a break-in at garda offices on Harcourt Street.

Several personal items, including garda uniforms, were stolen during the robbery early yesterday morning.

Attempts were also made to start a small fire in the building.

The man detained in connection with the incident was arrested in the south inner city this morning and is being held at Harcourt Terrace garda station.
