Gardaí are investigating what they describe as the sudden death of a man in Glenfarne in Co Leitrim.

Man found in garden after 'sudden death'

Gardaí are investigating what they describe as the sudden death of a man in Glenfarne in Co Leitrim.

The body of the man, who was aged in his late 60s, was found in the garden of a house at 11am this morning.

The house is located at McNean Crescent in the village.

The body had since been removed to Sligo Regional Hospital where a post mortem will be carried out tomorrow.
