Man due in court in connection with attack on elderly man

A man in his 30s is due to appear before Buncrana District Court at midday in connection with an assault in Co. Donegal.

The incident happened at a house on the Convent Road in Carndonagh on Friday night.

A 73-year-old man remains in the Altnagelvin Hospital in Derry.
