Man dies in motorbike accident in Dublin

A young man has died in a crash in Dublin.

A young man has died in a crash in Dublin.

The motorbike he was driving went out of control on the Forest road in Swords at around 8pm last night.

The man, believed to have been in his late 20s or early 30s, was rushed to Beaumont Hospital for treatment but was pronounced dead at about 9.45pm.

Gardaí closed the road to allow a forensic examination to take place, but it re-opened overnight.
