Man dies in Galway crash
A 51-year-old man has died following a single-vehicle crash in Co Galway last night.
The collision occurred at approximately 10.45pm last night on the N59 Clifden to Westport Road at Doire Na Cloiche.
The man was the driver and sole occupant of the SUV involved.
The road was partially closed to facilitate a forensic examination but it has since re-opened.
