The man charged with the abduction, rape and murder of Irish woman Jill Meagher in Australia has had two new charges made against him for rape and false imprisonment.
Adrian Ernest Bayley is due to face trial later this year.
Speaking to 7 news in Australia, reporter Brendan Roberts outlined the charges Bayley is facing.
Mr Roberts said: "Adrian Bayley, the man charged over the murder and rape of Jill Meagher, has today been charged with two more rapes in the lead-up to her murder.
"Detectives from the sexual crime squad have charged Bayley with the rape and false imprisonment of two women.
"The first rape allegedly occurred on April 5 in Elwood and the second on July 15 in Balaclava.
"Just two months later Bayley allegedly raped and murdered Jill Meagher in Brunswick."
