Lower phone charges when travelling in Europe from today
There's good news for people getting ready to travel around Europe today.
From today, there is another fall in the maximum roaming charge you can face for using your mobile phone.
The price of making a call will fall to a maximum of 19 cents per minute, while sending a text can now cost a maximum of six cent before VAT.
The biggest fall comes in the price of data downloads, which now fall to a maximum price of 20 cent per megabyte.
